Fearn Macpherson are delighted to welcome Meghan Pearce to our team. Meghan joins us from
Strathclyde University were whe is studying Architecture. She will be with us for a year gaining
valuable practical experence.
Work is underway on the tower of the Locus Centre in The Square, Aberfeldy. Formerly the Congregational Church, the steeple on this Grade C listed building is being re-pointed and repaired. Work is being completed by BCM Steeplejacks from Melrose who have considerable experience in this type of work and who have taken these spectacular photographs from the top. It has taken 2 years to reach this point working closely with Historic Scotland.
NEW HOUSE COMPLETED.
Beautiful Family house build with views over Aberfeldy and the valley. From a farmyard corner to a stunning modern home.
The build took a little over a year working though a horrible winter however the end result is superb.
The first turf has been cut at Cluny Crescent, Duntuim. Groundwork is well underway with the first foundations
being poured this week. Fingers crossed for good building weather and the first house completed by the
end of the year.
The refurbishing work on the Study of this Perthshre Estate House is almost complete. The oak panelling and shelving being finished
to a high standard by Bruar Construction. This was a 6 week project which completed on schedule.
The final result is stunning....just needs the books....
The next phase at Duntuim is about to start. Plots for eight 3 and 4 bed properties
have been marked out ready for building to commence in the coming weeks. Homes will be ready

DUNTUIM HOUSING DEVELOPMENT. The site is progressing well with the 1 bedflats and 2,3 & 4
bed houses being ready for occupation by the end of the year. The bulding of phase 2, the 8 bungalows starting in the coming weeks.

Planning consent has been received for 3 further lodges at Drumcroy. These beautiful lodges nestle on this highland Perthshire hillside site with spectacular views over the Tay Valley.
CLAN MACPHERSON MUSEUM, NEWTONMORE.
Planning consent has been granted for the replacement roof covering and overcladding of external walls to provide improved thermal efficiency and longevity of the building.
What a difference four months makes. The New office is stunning.
